    Oooo, you might want to consider sneaking 'The Wind-up Bird Chronicle' into the line-up just a little sooner, if you can. It's so good.

  2. I know! It is tempting me from its "optional" cranny of the list. But it seems so unlikely that I will make it through all 19 books and 10 plays on my August list, that it might have to become a September read. I have never read a full work by Murakami, I blush to report.
